In 2013 we purchased a condo at the Highlander in Dallas. We wanted to do a complete renovation of the entire unit. The job required rerouting HVAC duct work, moving walls, changing plumbing fixtures, repainting all walls and ceilings, installing custom cabinets and woodwork, installing cork floors, refinishing and repairing marble flooring, installing new light fixtures and electrical connections, installing a new fireplace, replacing counter tops and designing/manufacturing a custom bar. On the recommendation of two friends, we hired Don Brunson for the job. We are admittedly difficult clients. Don and his crews met the challenges calmly and creatively. Requests to repaint cabinets and walls several times to get just the right shade, testing the placement of light switch and outlet covers with a level, trying multiple variations of lighting and asking for unusual designs and fabrications didn’t seem to phase them. The work was done very professionally and within a reasonable time period. We were very happy with the result. Don seem to take as much pride in the finished result as we did. We recommend him without reservation.
