I wanted to write a few words to tell you how much I appreciated working with you and your subcontractors on the recent rennovation of my Warrington condominium.

Everyone from yourself on down to each and every workman was easy to work with, attentive to my wishes, tolerant of my mind-changes and diligent on the job. All worked to a speedy and extremely satisfactory conclusion.

The quality of workmanship including all painting and carpentry is to a high standard and attention to detail by all with your oversight and management was most appreciated by me. I was especially appreciative of the way all workmen left my premises as clean and tidy as possible at the conclusion of most work days.
